Group Exercise Class Schedule
The Club's aerobic staff has over 60 years experience in the aerobic fitness and group exercise field.

Group Exercise Class Descriptions


BASIC LO:
A highly instructional class- geared to any fitness level.

STEP, CORE AND MORE!:
Designed for all fitness levels- step adjusts in height according to ability. Incorporates weight training.

BOOT CAMP:
Circuit training, calisthenics, running, and weight training. A tough class for any fitness level!

GROUP SCULPT:
A challenging fun workout with balls, free weights, steps, and resistance bands.

GUTS AND BUTTS:
Circuit training focused on your glutes and abs. An intense, 30 minute workout.

YOGA-LATES:
A highly instructional class, combining yoga and palates. Advance and basic classes are offered. Improves balance, core strength, and flexibility, as well and teaches you to relax.

HOT YOGA:
Yoga in 90 degrees-Relax your body, clear your mind, renew your spirit! Sweat equity at its best!

CORE CONDITIONING with BALL:
Improve your strength, coordination, and appearance in this 30 minute class. Your instrutor will lead you through a series of exercises, using the stability ball, designed to strengthen your abs, back and glute muscles.

ZUMBA!!:
An energy packed latin dance based cardio workout for everyone!
Join the party and have a blast shaking off the pounds!!


PICKLEBALL!
Cross between tennis and ping pong!! Loads of fun in the gym!!

Our Program

Facilities Rental
Facilities Rental Enjoy a birthday party or special event at The Club! Our pool, Gym for games and activities, and meeting room for refreshments and food, are available for rental for and afternoon or evening of fun!!. You can supply the food, refreshments and decorations, or our club party staff will handle it all for you!! Facilities Rental: 3hrs for $100, 2 hrs for $75. for up to 20 people!
