Facilities Rental
Facilities Rental Enjoy a birthday party or special event at The Club! Our pool, Gym and meeting room are available for after hours rental. You can supply the food, refreshments and decorations, or our club party staff will handle it all for you!! Contact Al Guilfoyle for more information.

Aerobic Class Descriptions


BASIC LO:
A highly instructional class- geared to any fitness level.

STEP:
Designed for all fitness levels- step adjusts in height according to ability. Incorporates weight training.
Cardio Combat Circuit:
Kickboxing, floor aerobics, and step incorporating weights, bands and
stability balls.
Group Sculpt:
A challenging fun workout with balls, free weights, steps, and resistance bands.

GUTS AND BUTTS:
Circuit training focused on your glutes and abs. A 30 minute workout.
Basic low and strength:
A highly instructional class, geared to any fitness level.

CORE CONDITIONING:
Improve your strength, coordination, and appearance in this 30 minute class. Kim will lead you through a series of exercises, using the stability ball, designed to strengthen your abs, back and glute muscles. Bring your own ball and have fun!

Step Fusion:
A combo of step, floor
aerobics, weights, bands, balls-anything goes!

Zumba:
A latin dance based
cardio workout for everyone!
