Aqua Class Descriptions

Aqua Fit
Water aerobics/exercise:
Medium to high intensity aquatic movement class designed to improve fitness and balance.
Water RX:
Low to medium level aquatic movement class. Specifically designed for people with arthritis and/or joint problems.

Aqua Fit
This is a high energy water exercise with several different movements to work all muscle groups.
All Aquatic exercise classes are designed for participants to work at their own pace, which makes these classes suitable for all fitness levels. These classes will get you moving, feeling good, and help to improve your balance and core stability.
